On May 11^th and 12^th, the 2023 HackTheon Sejong International University Students' Cyber Security Competition and Conference will take place in Sejong.

In line with the Government Policies* aiming at strengthening information security capabilities to respond to increasing cyber threats, HackTheon Sejong, started in 2022, has laid the foundation for discovering and nurturing security talents, and helped creating a local information security ecosystem by strategically encouraging the information technology industry.
* Policies like nurturing 100,000 cyber security talents, expanding regional security cluster bases, and so on.

This year, we would like to expand the competition to an international scale, and hold 2023 HackTheon Sejong with a variety of configurations, including Smart Cities, AI, Autonomous Driving, Latest Security Technologies, a Corporate Technology (Product) Exhibition and a Job Fair.

We hope for lots of interest and participation from young cyber security talents as well as business and public institutions around the world that want to promote ICT and information security technology (products).
