Application Procedure
Complete the online form or submit the application form via email to the organizing office
Submit a copy of the business registration certificate, company logo (AI file), and booth image (PNG format) via online upload or email.
Application Deadline: June 13, 2025 (Friday)
※ Applications may close early if all booths are booked.
Pay the specified amount for the selected booth type via bank transfer
Deadline for additional

- Any equipment beyond the standard items provided must be requested separately.
- When submitting the application form, please include a copy of your business registration certificate, and your company logo in both AI and PNG formats. Submit via the online application form or by email to the organizing office.
- Participation fees must be paid to the official exhibition agency, Culture Makers Co., Ltd., designated by HackTheon.
